I just did my first yoga class (20min download) since high school and loved it. Definitely something I will be doing more of. My gym has body balance classes - combination of yoga and pilates so I'm going to try that soon. What days do you do the yoga?
Oh Libby! That is great! Don't you just feel so good now?! I am going to try and get in 3 yoga classes a week during this Diamond club. I'm shooting for M/W/F following my RCR Diamond circuits. Yoga is just so good for stretching out tensed muscles, calming the mind, making you sit/stand straighter, and just taking care of your body! I love it!

Have lost pounds and inches and am now taking it to the next level of fitness (or, as Val says, 'hotness'). I have gone down from a size 10 to a comfy size 6 (tight size 4). My goal is to get to a comfy size 4 and stay there!
