Hi! I am trying to figure out if this program is right for me. I am looking to commit myself to a program for the next 6 weeks to lost ~10 pounds. I had gained about 15 pounds in the last year and had stopped my daily 4 mile runs. Is this a program that will be helpful to get me back in the "game" again? Thanks in advance!

Yes! I am living proof that a 'regular, non-celebrity' woman can get great results with Valerie Waters' Red Carpet Ready program!! It is a life-style change, not just a 'diet'. Eating better and getting the right amount of quality exercise 6 days a week has definitely worked for me!!

I can't tell you how many thousands and thousands I've dumped into Chipotle. I would go there over the nicest restaurant in the world.
