Courtneylove was in Dallas on "business" and so I was lucky enough to meet up with her and her cute husband for dinner at Mi Cocina Mexican Food in Highland Park Village. It was a fun night, with yummy (healthy) food, 1-2 margaritas, and fabulous conversation!! We laughed quite a bit!! Thanks to RCR, we were able to pay attention to what we ate and still enjoy the evening without feeling deprived!!

(I apologize for the poor lighting at this time of night! We should have filmed BEFORE we ate when it was still daylight out...oh well!)
