Revisiting this local news segment from Winter 2009, featuring my sister Nell's father-in-law, Don Valdez. I love, love, love yoga....I do it mainly for the toning aspects it provides as well as the clearing out of the mental clutter....Namaste!
Love the Don! He's hilarious and such a cool father-in-law! He and his wife have recently retired and moved out of state. Sure miss hot yoga class with them!!
