Here's a bit of wisdom I've learned from Valerie over this past year, with regards to life at the end of a fitness Challenge:
I think, after working so hard and being so focused on a Challenge or getting geared up for an event, like our RCR Reunion, that it's good to mentally relax and rest for a few days to about a week afterwards and just be good to yourself, not so hard on yourself. Don't go overboard, just be a bit more relaxed, both with the workouts and eating. A few treats will not wreck things. And we all know that rest and sleep keeps the stress hormones at bay so we won't store fat.
Then, pick back up and get back in the groove of focused eating and exercise. A no brainer.
